Hi my name is...

Hi, my name is Scott Chapman and I live in Nashville, TN. I am 26 years old and have lived in Nashville for 6 years and since being here I have fallen in love with the city, the people and the spirit of Nashville. I moved here for music as most people here in Nashville do and after being a full time musician (and currently still gigging), I have taken an interest in real estate. I got my license in the fall of 2023 and I want to start a blog to share my journey with you in real estate, being an agent, the market of Nashville real estate and real estate knowledge.

Being a new agent in a big city has definitely been a daunting endeavor for myself. Learning about a new industry after years of dedicating my life and time to music has absolutely been a step out of my comfort zone to say the least. The musician/realtor is a new hat I'm learning to wear but it is something that excites me and an identity I am learning to make my own. I am an agent with the MW Real Estate firm and that has provided me with a welcoming group of like mind people. Being surrounded by supportive, kind and successful people have made this new step much more comforting.
